Junkyards is a global event which spawns around the map!

* Junkyards spawn every 20 minutes
* These spawn throughout the map in PvP enabled areas, so be careful!
* Junkyards spawn with two guard dogs and a scrapper:
** To defeat the scrapper, you must take out the Guard dogs first
** When you defeat the dogs, you are able to kill the scrapper, which will drop a plentiful amount of loot!
